I was given a mosaic tray set just before lockdown and that is where my interest in mosaics started. Having a demanding teaching job, I was only able to create a few pieces during that time, but after leaving the teaching profession in 2023, I had far more time to focus on this hobby and mosaic design became a passion of mine. I have been able to take many of my existing furniture and decor items and make them into unique personal pieces using my own choice of colour and themes. I am mad about the colour pink and adore my Scottish Terrier dogs, so many of my designs incorporate my ardent interests. I enjoy taking a decor item, like a vase, pot, tissue box or table, and making it uniquely special to YOU. I have expanded to wall art decor and garden designs as you will see in the photos below. All the pieces were made especially for me but most of them can be recreated to represent someone’s own distinctive flair and personality.
